Every time I get that popup message, it's a different IP address and a different phone number that shows up in the URL and pop-up message, but worth a shot. I'll make the change to the HOSTS file shortly though I'm not sure how much it will help. Usually I'm pretty good at getting rid of these, but this one has me stumped. I absolutely understand that it's not infected and is a scam.
